Hey all,

Will the Bullit Rear Calipers fit on the stock 99-03 Rotors in the rear? Reason I ask is I am planning on upgrading the fronts to the bigger Rotor. I have been told the Bullit rear rotor is the same size as my 99. Can I just simply buy the rear calipers, and is it an easy swap? I remember someone mentioning that you had to disconnect some bracket and that it was a PITA?

Thanks in advance,

Marcus

The rears are not needed.
BUt to upgrade to them ,you have to pull the axles and change the mounting bracket for the calipers.Change the rotors(bullitt\cobra rears are vented )gts are not (aka thinner) .

I have the bullitts up front and stocks in the rear and it stops great.

You have things crossed up - The rotors are bigger on the cobra/Bullitts, but the caliper is the same.

To do the conversion, you need the mounting bracket and rotor. Depending if your current pads are worn down enough, you many need pads also (GT pads are thicker than the Cobras becuse the Cobra has suck a wide rotor).
