Hey Guys/Gals,

Fixing the dents is easy but what do I do about the texture? It appears to be factory undercoated with a rough looking texture, when I repair the dent, it will be smooth and not match.

What are my options here?

Thanks,

Scott

After you prime your bodywork get some rockguard in a rattle can and lightly apray it on in multiple coats as to "blend" it in. follow up with paint.

No prob. Hit it with 180 on a longblock, maybe a quick hit of guidecoat to get it just right, but that stuff will come right off. Its easiest to get with the door open.

Cool, thanks. I got a bunch of stuff from Eastwood today and can't wait to get started. Gonna spend the weekend putting coil overs on first tho.

Easiest to get all of the hard parts installed and mechanical work done first. No sense in dropping a ratchet on a freshly painted fender or scratching up a door with a belt buckle!
