My longtubes are bottoming out quite a bit, would unequal bbk shorties work with gt40p heads. I have summit custom 90 degree angle spark plug wires.

I've yet to hear of somebody using them. I thought I had a pic of them here at home but it must be at work. If I remember right........they look like they MIGHT. But it doesn't take much to get a primary too close and burn a boot. Another P user recently emailed me about the MAC shorties he was using. Seems that CCM inadvertantly sent the standard unequals....not the P specific. He's had a hell of a time w/ them burning wires, even with heat protectors on them.

My recommendation, and I know the cost is higher, is the FRPP stainless P shorties. You won't be disappointed. Best fitting header I've ever installed.
