Hey guys, started installing my longtubes tonight and ran into some trouble.
The steering shaft is smooshed against the driver side header. I'm going to buy new motor mounts tomorrow in hopes of that helping... Did anyone else have this problem and what did you do to fix it?

Should the O2 sensor wires be extended on the O2 wire or the harness from the car? I've heard to extend the harness, but the actual O2 wire looks so much easier.

TIA for any advice, gonna try to finish tomorrow! :)

You can move the coupler up and down some on the steering shaft to get some more clearance or just shave a little off the shaft to clearance it. As well, you could dimple the header to get some more room too. The o2 harnesses can be pulled out of their looms and you can find enough wire that way to not legenthen the harnesses.
