Look at the front pump, you will see two thread holes where the pump bolt hole reside in. the thread holes will be around two o'clock and seven o'clock postion when looking at front of trany with trans pan facing down on work bench. You need a slide hammer/ special tool to thread in the hole, and using slide hammer type tool to removed the pump, don't use screw driver to pryed the pump out, you will damage the mating surface, that will cause major leaks.
Thanks for the help. I finally got the front pump out. It really wasnt that bad. The only problem was three of the front pump bolts are stripped out. I guess I will install Heli-Coils in the morning. The Mustang Gods are making it tough on me to get this thing going before FFW in June. HAHA
