I have a 92 GT and have never found the fuel pump regulator. Some have suggested putting a cut-off switch between it and the fuel pump. But I'm not sure where or what wires to pick up. I have some of the wiring diagrams for the fuel system, but they are confusing when you're looking at old wires. (BTW--the cutoff is for security.)

i think there is a tech article here on the corral. follow it closely and you will have no problems.

Thanks, but the article is for 94-5s. Drew says it won't work for a fox body.

I know that you can do something with the relay, but my questions are:


1. Where is the relay? I've never found the thing!
2. What do you do once you find the thing?

i followed that article to put one in my 92. i believe the relay you are talking about is under the carpet under the drivers seat. you can just tap into the correct wire anywhere to hook up a switch.
