I live in the Knoxville area. Anybody else near to K-town? We could all hook up and scare some Hondas! ;)

This was the post that started this all. It's been over a year! I'm thinking it's time for a party!!!

Nope. Used the middle left diagram. Oh and it was a 74” belt not 37. Forgot to double my measurement. Had been doing a variation of the bottom left except still had ac. You see where there might be interference if belt was too long. It was very tough to get the belt on to keep clearance there.

Also, my belt was 83”. Cobra underdrive crank pulley and overdrive wp pulley changed the measurement slightly.

You might like a Fox Thunderbird, or a Mark VII.
No kidding? Long arms like those too. Makes sense as it was designed for comfort. Love to see a pic or tow if you have them.
Car looks awesome Richard. I am shopping for a replacement for my '02 ES300..... Somehow another hot rod might be an issue for Sheril.

Gym results: been going to the gym three times a week for last six months. Functional strength training such as body weight exercises, lunges, with some traditional weight training thrown in. Generally 30-40 minutes and six different exercises. Meet my brother there so we hold each other accountable that way. I’ve attached the comparisons between the six months. I know I can physically do a lot more stuff than I could before and also knew I’d lost some gut. 4.5” of gut, in fact.

Now, if I can get my diet under control I suspect I could see massive improvements by getting my body fat down.

Cholesterol, blood glucose, BP, and triglycerides are all in normal range as of a month ago.

Oh, and I successfully cometed my first real pullup last week. Not bad for a 50yo old guy I guess.

Outstanding Richard!!! Keep working on the pull-ups. I'm approaching 68 -- on my heavy lift/calisthenic days I can do 3 sets of 10 pull-ups on a circuit (which means I have about 15 minutes between sets). Pushups -- I haven't tried a single set to exhaustion - but "give me 25" is not even close to being a challenge for me. I eliminated dips from my routine because they used to bother my shoulders -- but lately, that seems to no longer be the case. I've started working them back into the routine -- in my "circuit" I can do 3 sets - first set 8, last 2 sets 6. Like to get that back up to 10. However, doing the dips definitely effects the pushups on the same circuit!

Edit -- on a good day, 3 sets of 10. On a day when I don't have it - it might be 10 then 8 then 6....

Finished up the install on the 3g last night. Now just have to get a break in the weather so I can back it out of the basement and start it up to test it. Then I'll get the wiring tidied up. Will require a trip to the dump first, as our basement purge trash is piled up behind it. 😑

I call it pre-staged junk, I have several recyclable containers, for various items. Going to the dump usually means I have two bags of garbage, and a truck load of other stuff, boxes are a lot of it too. I am going later today.

I've said many times "stage it at the garage door" and do pretty much the same thing. Some to the dump, some to donate, etc etc.

I've sold maybe half the stuff that's been listed on fb marketplace. The rest of that stuff will be donated. The time is rapidly approaching for that to happen too.

Basement is rapidly getting bigger and bigger. Once the Mustang is mobile again, I can then post my late MIL's furniture on marketplace since I'll actually be able to get it out of the basement if/when it sells.

Not sure if I mentioned it or not, but we posted the camper for sale a couple of weeks ago. Unless it falls through, it will be sold today at 4:00.

It hasn't been used since August of last year. With the impending house build coming, I don't see it being used this year at all. Granted, it doesn't cost us much to just sit, but when we sell our house, it will then be sitting out in the weather. They go downhill fast when they sit out in the weather like that. Plus, it's a 14 model. Once they get much more than 10 years old, they get a lot harder to sell.

The cash from that will make a fine start to get septic/water/power and/or 640' of driveway to cut and gravel.

The plan is coming together! And the pickup just took a deep breath and sighed - "Finally, I don't have to lug that thing around anymore."

I'm sure we will get another camper at some point. However, it will be smaller/lighter, as the needs for a younger family have evaporated. With the career that son has, and the career that daughter will have (dentist) they can get their own camper. In the meantime, they can "suffer through" with the smaller camper.

I’m sure the pickup is following the thread now going “Oh good lord - give it a rest.”

Hoping for a grand launch that knocks it out of the park. Maybe approaching 3/4 as nice as Bob's site. Almost. :)

Just checked the observatory at the top of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. It's one of the coldest places on earth believe it or not. At 8:30 it was -46F. Winds at 97mph with gusts to 107mph. Wind chill was -106F.
