get a custom cap made or contact the manufacturer see if they make an extended cap to fit the wheel. This is a very common issue with fox wheels. There are plenty of wheels that have this problem. A lot of wheels specific for fox bodies that have exposed lugnuts have this problem.
Those are not 94-95 spindles and brakes. Those are standard foxbody brakes with a 5-lug rotor (84-86 SVO). That's why the center cap protrudes so far.
You can tell by this mounting bolt here, which the fox style brakes use. SN95 calipers bolt on down behind the rotor. SN95 brakes won't be much better however, the center cap still protrudes, just not as much.
Those spindles are in fact from a Saleen, SVO. You can get spacers or custom caps, but finding 94 - up and having everything straight is as easy as a junkyard away....
I just used new factory style caps that were finished in black. I’m on 94/95 spindles so the protrusion isn’t as much but I’ve never had anyone notice.
