Looks like I'm going to be using the F-cam I have....
When I messured out my steeda I have .250" clearence
The valve events are IVO 1* ATDC (not a typo) v/s the F-303
that has a IVO of 4* BTDC. IVC EVO & EVC are all the same for both cams... the ICL are diffrent I believe though... not sure what
effect this would have on clearence if any.

lift is diffrent with the steeda having .510 lift with my 1.7's & the F having.544 with my 1.7's(although peak lft isn't a concern the fact it has more lift per * is signifigant I would think.

I'm running 2.02 valve 6037's with said info... does anyone think there will be any clearence issues?

any feedback is appreciated...

TIA
Mike

Well the way I figure it it would decrease my PTVC by about .015

Here's my math feel free to correct me:
.544 lift / 226* duration = .002407 lift at the valve per degree of rotation.
.002407 x 6* of added duration is .014442

With all the other valve events being the same with only the IVO changing I would think it would fit considering .250 clearence minus the .015 diffrence it would crate would still leave me with .235 clearence.

Even with going with the advertised duration figures & using the same math formulas it still only comes out to a .015 diffrence.

Anybody agree/disagree with the way I'm figuring this?
