I have been searching like crazy for a quick answer on this with no official answer.

I have a T4M0 ECM in my build right now. My tuner prefers the A9L for drivability and stuff. I trust him, he is a very well known tuner in the area.

I have the ECM pin swap figured out.

Im running a manual fan switch so im not worried about the fan control.
Do I need a BAP Sensor? Or can it be tuned out?
Do I need a new Ignition box? Or can the RPM limit be defined in the A9L chip?

Interesting that you're downgrading your computer from CBAZA to A9L. I'm thinking of going the other way around, possibly further to EEC-V. Look at EFIDynotuning.com for swap details.
