I did try a search first but could not find exactly what I need.
I am about 99% finished with my car and the last piece of the puzzle is an air fuel meter.I just can not believe this item can cost 439.00!The guy that works on my car tells me we can tune at the track but I am not sure I want to beat on my car that much. If I am not a big time racer do I really need this meter? If so,does anyone have any suggestions or should I just start saving my money? What is the best brand to purchase?

I went with the PLX M-300 ( http://www.plxdevices.com/M-Series_productinfo.htm ). It's about $330. Mike Glover (maker of the TwEECer) uses it on his car. It can also replace a stock O2 and simulate the stock O2's output to the computer.

Excessive Motorsport advertises a Pro-M A/F meter in 5.0 mag for only $189. Sounds too good to be true, their website Excessivemotorsports.com will not respond. Their # is 18009309585 if you want to check it out.

They have a huge spread in every 5.0 mag and have been around for the 6 six years I've had a mustang. I've never done business with them though. It wouldn't hurt to call and get some info, I'm sure that it would be a good unit since Pro-M makes it.
