AFR185 part#1422 price reduced....

I have a pair of AFR185's for sale. I bought a coupe with a 351W in it and got burned by seller. Motor had a roller lifter that had turned and ruined the cam. I just got these out of the machine shop after I had 1 of the heads repaired where the DA that owned the car before me had stripped a valve cover hole out and stress cracked it near the bolt hole. Had it welded up and helicoiled. I also had the other bolt holes checked and repaired if needed. These heads have several helicoils but are ready to bolt on.

I just want to make sure I am upfront because some folks don't want helicoil repair. If they do not sell I will put them back on the motor when I get it all back together.

I will look tomorrow but I think the valve cover holes have several helicoils on one head, and I think the exhaust holes have been helicoiled but I will look tomorrow and let you know. shoot me a text number and I will shoot you some close up photos.

Did you have them check the spring pressures? I'm assuming you didn't have a valvejob done or surfaced?

No I didn't have the pressures checked. The motor didn't have many miles on it and I think that the springs are stock AFR springs.

What fire? No fire, just had bad cam.
