Ok, so its on a Camaro, but the AC system works the same, so hopefully somebody can help me out.

Background: Condesor was leaking, so I replaced it. in the process, both lines connected to it broke. Replaced those. Also went ahead and replaced the accumulator and orifice tube while I was there.

Now, when filling it, the compressor wont stay on. It just cycles on and off. When it turns on, the accumulator gets cool to the touch like you would expect, and it runs for a few, but there isnt cold air blowing out. Then it turns off, and the accumulator get very hot to the touch right away.

The only time I had anything like this happen was when I put a compressor on backwards, and it was flowing the wrong way. I know thats not happening now, as i didnt touch the compressor, and all the other lines can only be put on one way. I've double checked the parts, and they are all correct for the application. Now I'm at a loss. Throw me a bone here guys. Thanks.
