Can someone post a how-to for removing the calipers on a 99GT! I know this question has come up before! but all i can find is info for single caliper brakes. Thanks!

you look behind the rotors, there are 2 bolts holding the capiper to the caliper bracket. and then 2 bolts that hold the bracket on, only remove the backet if you are taking off the rotors.

the 2 bolt that hodl the caliper to the brack are screwed into bushings, you need to use pliers and hold the metal bushing while you remove the caliper bolt.

whole job is about 30 min.

I figured it out as soon as I went back out there, but thanks for the answer. Actually I wasnt changing the pads just painting the calipers for the carlisle show. I went with "dark ford blue" looks sweet with the white body! Now all I need is chrome 03 cobra mags!

For front calipers you need a 16mm open end wrench to keep bushing from spinning(bushing has two flats spots for wrench to slip onto) and a 12mm socket for bolt.
