Car finally close to being figured out. I just have a high rev when I 1st start my car. What should I look at? Car idles fine and what not just on fire up it goes to 2000-2500 then drops to 900 rpms. I appreciate any help in advance.

Cranking duty cycle may be set too high

Yes try lowering your PWM cranking duty cycle. That is how far you are commanding the IAC open during crank and start up.
