I need help. I installed my mspnp2, car started no problem. I had a horrible miss, so I started the steps to verify timing. I selected fixed timing, put the timing light on and timing wasn't any clear number. I pulled the spout(didn't know this was unnecessary at the time), and the car died and hasn't started since. I have checked coil, tfi, I replaced the distributor, fuel pump works, etc. Is there something in the Megasquirt I should check for? I'm stumped as to why it won't start. Thanks for any insight.

So with the spout back in, on fixed timing it won’t fire? Does tuner studios pick up rpm while cranking? You can do a coil output test and make sure the coil is firing too.

No, it wouldn't fire. It is picking up rpm. I'll check out the coil test. Thank you.
