Hey all, I have a 93 LX with stock motor that has developed a rough idle. The engine rpm is slightly higher than before and is definately rougher...sounds like it has a cam in it now. When I give it some gas or begin to drive it seems to clear right up. I tried cleaning the MAF...I recently cleaned and re-oiled my k&n. I didn't completely remove the meter, just removed the hoses and wiped it out. Should I have removed the electrical connections and cleaned them? I also removed and cleaned IAC. I have noticed the fuel pump is very loud. Any other ideas as to what would cause a rough condition only at idle or lower rpm's (<1,000)?
I should mention this car has 188,xxx miles on it but does run very well.
Thanks

mine does that as well with the exception of the high idle. Mines idles at normal its just rough. I have been wondering if the injectors may be dirty or maybe its leaky. I did a tune up and all the plugs were white to tan and fuel mileage is good. I dont have a wondering or searching idle so I am kinda in a f unk to solve this.
