Hey doing weight reductions and taking out back seats. Dont wanna break anything, so asking how to do it first.

Ive only done this once on an 89ish GT so bear wth me.

First, take the pad out, easy. Push forward, lift up. Should pop right out.

For the seatbacks (you have two, right?) you should be able to see the brackets with the bottom pad out. One on the left, right, and center. theyre bolted to the floorboard with 10mm bolts IIRC, and i think the center has a stud running up through the floorboard. take them out. Seatbacks should come out.

Then theres the hinge in the floorboard of the hatch, you might have carpet in the way , if so pull it out. You should be able to see the bolts for it, i think theyre 12 or 13mm, take them out and your done.

As said before, Ive only done this on a newer fox once, i was in a JY and half asleep at the time so i might be a little off on this or that but for the most part itll give ya in idea of what to do...
