Moroso Oil Pan with billet end seals
Melling Standard Volume Oil Pump (10687)(I didn't want a high volume pump)
Moroso Oil Pump Pick up (24516)
ARP Billet Oil Pumpshaft
New timing cover
Edelbrock Water Pump (8840) (He is going to cut the tip down to 3/8 to help fit me electric fan)
All ARP bolts (All of them I know its a little extreme) LMR make a kit for the timing and water pump
All Fel Pro gaskets

I have no problem with you posting if you think I should do something different or ideas on my build. Its just a toy and I want to have fun with it.

My weak link will be fuel line/fuel rails even with my upgrade.

Its factory style 3/8 line. With E85 needing more fuel for same hp I just won't have enough line. But we don't have E85 at the pump where I live.

My upgraded line

Fwiw I have a friend who made 800whp with 3/8 line on e85 through a th400 in a turbo car. That was pretty much the upper limit though, wouldn’t do any more.

Final #s before I put the TFR box on will Dyno it then start adding the Supercharger with the Box after I'm done playing with the Box intake I will be putting the Cobra intake back on with the 80mm stock looking TB and calling it a day.

That was 30deg timing then 32deg then 34deg then back to 32deg and a 125 shot. (This test has the 90mm TB)

Well with any build ran into some issues. The TFR box has a few sensors that it needs one missing one broke. Thermostat is 180 I run 190.

This is the big one my IAC hit the box when I went to add it. Trickflow spacer is 1/2in this one is smaller it came with my TFR long runner. So I ordered the 1/2in one.

Ok so the box intake sits high like wow high. I have my K-member lowered and can fit a 1/2in space on my cobra intake and still have extra room under the hood. With the Box intake I'm about 2in sticking past the hood, Even the Long Runner pocks past the hood a little. With the Long Runners I'll need longer upper to lower intake studs my upper hits my valve covers so I will add a 3/8in spacer that I have.

I will be adding stainless steel bolts (Not studs) to the outer lower intake to keep from having the rust and also adding silicone.

I had the same issue with the iac. I just made a little spacer plate to go between the iac and throttle body, then bought some longer screws.

Damn right you are ;) Speaking of that, how's the controller working out?
That's the next thing on the list to get wired in once i hear the car run again for the year. I currently just use an output to tell the pump to only turn on when rpm is more than 0 that way i can have the key on and not be running the pump all the time. Excited to get the new speed controller wired in soon.

Well got her bolted up and running just had time to make a heat cycle then went to work. Hope to be driving around in the next few weeks.

My plan is to test this (Box and Long runner) NA (Dyno) to compare the cobra then add supercharger.

Dyno numbers are out

TFR Box with 1in spacer Max 420hp 6000rpms 429tq 4700rpms From 90mm TB

30deg Timing

I didn't run the TFR Box without the spacer I didn't see the point it is clear to me my cam was the weak link.

TFR Longrunner with 3/8in spacer Max 393hp 5700rpms 414tq 4100rpms From 80mm TB

The TFR Box will stay on while I add supercharger will run car on dyno for fun. Then swap back to the Cobra intake. I'm not about max hp. Car makes Great power with the cobra intake and rides great. (Stock hood life for me)
