This was my daily driver from 2013 to 2016. It was powered by a 331 / 5spd combo. After 3 years of 30,000 mile a year commuting for work it was done. I stripped it for parts and stashed the shell at work - the shell was supposed to go to the recycling pile but got forgotten along the way, for 6 years...
Fast forward to 2022 and the forgotten car has the potential to re-take center stage in the garage project spot as I just sold off a few of my other cars. I have virtually no parts left to build this car and it needs a roof panel which is no longer available. I may be out of my mind, but I think in today's world I can make this work.
Its a California raised, rust-free, Vermillion Red GT, 5 speed platform begging to be resurrected as such. I liked the NA 331 I had in the car and I'm a fan of Maximum Motorsports offerings so that would be the direction. Simple, clean, well executed driver.
Now, if I can just find a roof panel...
