I measured my pulley yesterday in trying to choose between the Griffin or Fluidyne direct fit radiators-considering the stock radiator/fan motor is already CLOSE (like 1/2" space left). Anyway, my 7" 6-rib ASP for my XB is 7-9/32" (or >7.25"). I thought the PD and Vortech pullies were the same BTW...HTH
Thanks for the reply.
Ok here's what happen, and can't believe I didn't catch this. I bought my s-trim kit from AFM back in Feb '01 knowing that the kit came with 2.95 upper pulley. I was looking as his kits today and noticed that they use a 7.00in lower. So I was outside looking at my lower and how close it was to my water pump pulley...thinking there is no way I can fit a 7in in there, assuming I had a 6.87. So I measured the pulley and it was ~7.5in from each outer edge....so that has to be a 7in pulley. So in the end for the past 2+ years I've been running a 7in lower without me knowing..lol.
