I'm looking to do this in the near future. Has anybody done this? I would prefer to go disks in the rear when i convert but if drums will be significantly cheaper then id do that. Will the axles and such work off a MARK VII ? What other cars, trucks could I use hardware off of? Cost? I would do the work myself.

Links would also be greatly appreciated....

Do a search on this subject. It has been discussed MANY times.

(((Not that I don't want to help, but you will find better info than
what I will give you!)))

It can be done cheaply with parts from the salvage yard.

You can use the rotors from the Mark VII and the drums and axles from a Ford ranger pickup with the 9" drums. You will use two axles from the same side ( I think it's driver's side ).

Do the search!

Good luck!
