Add another .015" shim to the pressure plate.
Good Job!!! Too bad they don't make a 1 3/4 header for that chassis, would pick up more suspect.
Welcome to my world!A guy messaged me saying my combo is mismatched and needed a 2.5" exhaust and a dual plane. I've had them and the car has never been faster than it is now lol Posting stuff on the internet gets pretty interesting.
Home Depot screen door closer...This might help the launch. Kill the bog.
RAM Pressure Plate Shim set #550Excuse my ignorance... but are you talking about the clutch pressure plate?
Both have one common denominator.....Forgive my ignorance here:
I'm a bit confused how OP here, and Rock4451 got such amazing results out of their 302s compared to almost every other dyno result I've seen from HCI. I know that proper parts combinations plays an important role, as does tuning, but most stock bottom 302s I see struggle to crack even 300WHP. These two guys here are 70-100WHP over what I feel like is more common to see. This is all on 93 octane correct?
I also have a hard time thinking it could just be a generously reading dyno, since we have 1/4 slips to back it up. I'm just curious, as part of me is considering building my stock bottom 302 but I'm also concerned it would be a "waste of time" as I'd really only be happy with a minimum of 350+WHP.
