Sadly I am considering selling my pride and joy, my 2006 GT. Here is the list of what I have done to her and it is well over $20k in parts alone. Photobucket slideshow for pics:

Does everyone just think I am asking too much or is nobody honestly interested? Any advice would be appreciated. Just don't want to have to trade her in or have to strip her down and sell parts.
Better off swapping whatever stock parts back on and selling the aftermarket stuff separate. Most people here think parts are worth about 40% their original cost when attached to a car no matter how old or used and worth about 60% original cost when not attached to a car.
Plus if I was going to spend 20K on a mustang it would be a lightly modded 2011 or newer not a highly modded 4.6

$20k gets you a 2011 Coyote with 20-30k miles on it. There is 0 way in hell anyone will pay $20k for a bolt on 3v with more miles no matter how nice it is. You'll make much more money back parting it and putting it back to stock and selling it around NADA/KBB value. GLWS.

Yeah I am starting to think I am better off selling the parts too. Although I am not sure where you found a 2011 GT with 20-30k miles for $20k. Not in AZ maybe in NJ! I did a quick search and found within 100 miles of me Mustang GT's with under 60k miles under $22k shows only 8 cars and none of them are Coyote, and two 2010 models at that with over 30k miles selling for $22k.

When searching for only 2011 models, I found TWO for sale, one with 31k miles for $30k and one with 45k miles for $24k.

I would be willing to honestly go down as low as $17k for mine with everything on it. I saw 2006's selling for 16k with nothing done to them. You add a blower and a few other upgrades to accommodate it to my car you have a mean ass street ride for under $22k.

Now that I have looked at the listings in my area I think I can easily get 17k for it. My ride is by far the best one of the bunch. Thanks for the input guys!

I also think one with 20k for $20k is a stretch, but not by much.

$22k gets you 19k FS: 2011 GT Premium - 19k Miles

$23 gets you 9k FS: MINT 2011 Mustang GT Premium Brembo Track Pack (9k miles)
There is (or was for a few months) a white base 2011 GT M6 with I think 24k miles on it for $20k on SVTP in Florida. I've already seen ones in the 50-60k mile range for $18k which is the same miles as the 2006 in this ad and for less money and newer and far more powerful. Like I said, there is ZERO chance in hell anyone is going to pay close to $20k for a bolt on 2006, doesn't matter how nice it is. And that is not me trying to be an ass or anything, that is just being realistic. Try $13-$15k and even then you'll get the ppl saying "hold out for $3k more and get a Coyote or a Termi".
