I know this will probably be a long shot but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I am selling my 2000 Ford Mustang GT. Red. Automatic. 106,150 miles. The car was originally a 5 speed but the transmission went bad and I wanted to install an auto. I have spent a lot of time and money to get the car running good. All the following are what I have done to the car thus far. I bought the car with 103, 560 miles back in September 2009. Mileage of when installed are in "( )"

Engine:
Stock 4.6 SOHC - Untouched

Drivetrain:
Built 4r70w - Castrol Mercon V fluid (105,900)
Dirty Dog Performance 10" 3800 stall converter (105,500)

Wheels and tires:
17x8" Bullitt wheels - almost brand new
17x10.5" Bullitt wheels - 315/35-17 lots of tread left

The interior and exterior and in good shape. It is an 11 year old car so it isn't perfect. No rips or tears. Interior is tan with clothe seats. Exterior has a noticeable scratch on the front bumper and there is a spot on the rear spoiler. Nothing bad and really only noticeable when walking around car. The rear driver's side wheel has curb rash on it, only in one spot. The wheel was installed after the curb rash so the wheel is fine. One thing that I am still trying to figure out is the transmission, when at wide open throttle, will shift perfect into 2nd and 3rd gear then for some reason downshift and unlock the converter making it appear like the transmission is slipping when in fact it isn't, it's just the converter coming unlocked. It won't hurt anything. I have called around and have been told this can be fixed. I can give you the name and number of the person who can fix the issue. I really like the car but I just can't afford it anymore. Price is $5000 firm. I know the car isn't perfect and the transmission issue will need addressed but the price reflects that and was discounted, that's why the price is firm. The car still pulls very hard, sounds good and is fun to drive. With all that I have replaced and done to the car it is ready to go and will make a great car.
