I'm rebuilding a 1997 Mustang GT and did a full engine swap. I'm at the point where the CCRM will communicate with the PCM. If I turn the key the dash lights up, but when I turn the key nothing happens. I've got one wire coming off the starter solenoid and it's yellow. It appears to be the starter relay trigger wire from what I have found through research if I'm not mistaken. Unfortunately, it's not connected to anything because I don't know what it hooks up to... a fuse box or body wiring harness? I've run an electrical tester from the positive post to this wire and it lights up. From what I've read this wire is what makes it crank and maybe the reason why my fuel pump is not activating. Please advise.
