My car seems to be going 70MPH, at 2000rpm, according to the calc. on this site what equals 3.08 gears, does this seem correct? or where all car's 2.73 ?

Engine RPM: 2000
Vehicle Speed: 73.1363439041358
Read End Gear: 3.08

Sounds about right. I have 2.73's and i go about [email protected] RPM's.
5 speeds came with 2.73's or 3.08's.
AOD's came with 3.08's or 3.27's.
