Little update....not a lot left.

Turns out the fuel lines I bought aren't PTFE lines, so we ordered new ones to replace with. Those should be here next week.
This weekend the steering rack, shifter cable, and a couple other little odds and ends things will be put back on. Other than that, all that's really left is all the needed wiring (gauges, pumps, fans, ecu, injectors, etc.).

Very excited to be this close.

Great progress!

Where are you getting your fuel lines etc.. from?
I'm just about to order my fuel system.
Thank you!

The fuel lines are Russell Fuel Lines, PTFE for E85 use, and -10 feed and return.
Fuel tank is an 03/04 cobra tank with a modified filler neck to fit, with dual drop in 340lph pumps.
Holley fuel rails, and 80lb injectors (will eventually upgrade).

Oil pressure gauge adapter installed and the turbo oil feed line is in.
Just need to order more fuel line for the return and do some wiring.

The oil temp sensor is also mounted.

Trans temp sensor has been drilled and tapped and put on.

Did those cap screws start rusting before you could drive the car?

If they came with the pan, I'd give the seller grief for it

Of course they might tell you its just a fox trying to reject its new heart transplant haha. I like the direction you're going, looks like it'll be a handful on those days you want to terrorize main street. Hoping for a wheelie video when it's all buttoned up

If I remember correctly, they didn't come with the pan.

Thanks man, I can't wait to be able to finally drive it.

Had to order new brake bleeder screws for the front.
Also ordered more fuel line. I had enough for everything except the return line.

We still need to add a piece of aluminum to the cold side and tap/mount the intake temp sensor. The piece of aluminum is on the way.

We're also changing the trans cooler lines to hard lines, so that we can route them differently. The only problem I'm having is finding the fitting I need. I need two 90 degree 3/8" to -6AN female fittings, and I can't seem to find any.

Other than the fuel return line and trans cooler lines, all that's left is bleeding the front brakes, adding the intake temp sensor, and wiring.

what is the purpose of putting the extra vent on the 03 cobra tank? I have a 03 cobra tank in my fox from glens performance.
To prevent cavitation, vacuum buildup and preventing fuel from changing to a vapor and getting vapor lock.
I have the stock fox body vent on there, and the cobra tank had two vents from the factory. My tank had the hole for the vent, but it was impossible to find a factory replacement vent, so we made one. I figured it was better than just covering it up and relying on the fox body vent...

any updates on the f body cluster ?
It's in, but the car isn't running yet, so we haven't been able to test it out. Still needs minor wiring and touching up.

Waiting on two fittings coming from Australia to finish up the trans cooler lines. Other than that, all that's left is finishing routing the fuel return line, wiring up the remaining gauges, and a few minor touch ups and then it will be off to get more wiring done and tuning.

The AN to hardline fittings finally came in after waiting for two weeks. Now the trans cooler lines can get finished. -6an to 3/8" hardline.

Cold side tube also had a piece welded on to install the intake temp sensor. Waiting for a tap to arrive so it can be threaded to keep the sensor in place.

New fittings we needed came in for the fuel system...but there were two of them missing...otherwise the fuel system would be complete and all that's left is wiring. Always something...haha!

I think you need to reconsider that trans cooler mounted like that. It is going to break the cooler. It needs to be braced to keep from bouncing and tearing out the plate at the bottom of the fins. That and get those lines as absolutely secure as you can. If they vibrate, that aluminum will crack and you will have trans pressure fluid everywhere.

Just looking out.

Trans cooler hard lines are installed.

Thanks!
There is a brace on the other side. Hard to see in the other photo unless you knew it was there I guess.
You're right, if it was only bolted up on the side like that I'd be asking for trouble.
