1984 Ford Mustang SVO 1E
- 94,000 original miles, Arizona car
- Rare, collector car. 1 of 864 1E color code cars manufactured.
- 2.3 turbocharged, intercooled, multiport fuel injected
- Four wheel disc brakes
- Cold A/C
- Body is straight and has never been in an accident
- Car has been mechanically and electrically restored
- Needs some interior and paint restoration
- Clean title

Recent lifestyle changes are motivating us to sell the car. With fresh paint and some minor work to the interior, this car will easily sell for $8000+ with all the mechanical work we have done to restore it. Asking $3995 OBO. Here is a list of what we have done within the last few months:

Recently rebuilt engine, use Shell Rotella 15W-40 oil
8:1 compression
New Race Engineering cylinder head
- Machine work by Larry's Engine & Marine
- Esslinger 1.89" intake/1.59" exhaust valves w/nickel chrome hardened exhaust seats
- Basic port work done by Larry's
- Cometic MLS head gasket (highest quality available)

T3/T4 turbo upgrade
E6 upgraded turbo exhaust manifold
Stainless steel braided turbo oil feed line
TurboXS dual stage boost controller
Bosch bypass valve upgrade
TurboCoupe intercooler upgrade
Esslinger Star adjustable cam pulley
MC Machine CNC machined billet aluminum timing pointer
K&N high flow filter
New O-rings, washers, and pintle caps on stock 30# injectors
New belts installed
Magnaflow muffler into stock SVO twin tip pipes
New fuel filter installed
New O-rings in fuel lines

Suspension, Steering, & Brakes
Brand new rack & pinion unit w/new inner tierods
Polyurethane steering rack bushings installed
Polyurethane sway bar mount and end link bushings installed
New stainless steel braided brake lines (Russell DOT) and fresh DOT4 fluid for front brakes
Replaced broken/missing anti-rattle clips in rear brakes
New rag joint installed
Repaired missing/stripped wheel studs and lugs (all 5 lugs functional now)
New high pressure and return power steering hoses, no more leaks
Alignment performed by Alignment, Brake, & Suspension Specialists (Tucson, AZ)
BFGoodrich Z-rated tires

Fresh Royal Purple ATF in T5 transmission
Replaced deteriorated transmission mount

Cooling System
Coolant flushed and replaced w/proper ratio mix
Cooling fan controller had failed, repaired with 40A power relay
Radiator was missing petcock - replaced and repaired

Cosmetic & Electrical
New genuine Ford ignition switch installed
New dash pad installed
Replaced gear shift knob with correct leather wrapped SVO unit and leather boot
Repaired Ford emblem on hood
New Monroe gas struts for hatch
3G alternator upgrade
Kenwood stereo deck and speakers
Rear spoiler support purchased, not installed
