How hard would it be to bolt on an Eaton M112 (03 cobra blower) onto an 03 GT? Do you need an intercooler/aftercooler? Will it bolt up where the upper intake bolts in without modification? And above all, can the car handle it?? I have an oppurtunity to pick up a new M112 for real cheap, and was just wondering... Thanks!

It won't work because the cobra is 4v and the GT is 2v.

in order to bolt it up, you need 03/04 DOHC Heads, along with everything that its going to take to get the heads to work right.

this question comes up way to much, basicly, if you want to put the 03 blower on your GT, go buy a 03 cobra, or a KB (for your GT)with your money, it will be less expensive.

See thats what I thought, I think the Saleens have the M112, and they're 2V motors...

Saleens have the eaton m90 series II
Or the whipple twin screw .

The eaton m112 would mean you would need to do head work to you 2v to allow for the added air volume coming in .Ie bigger valves in order to get the most out of it.
