Freshly powdercoated gloss black. Includes bolts and little clip to hold the steering hose(not pictured). The bolts are in very good shape but the heads on a couple have light surface rust in some spots. The clip is also in very good shape.
The username in the photo is from SVT performance for validity, I'm at work so I just decided to throw it on corral as well without taking another pic.
