Hello. I have a problem that nobody can seem to solve. I’m hoping maybe someone here might have some info. I’ve got a 68 mustang - currently it has a carbureted 5.0 in it. I have low vacuum, it fluctuates between 13 and 15 at idle, and idles poorly. Last year I set out to fix it, this is what...

Looking for some advice.. I installed a 92 Thunderbird 5.0 (same as SN95 stuff to my knowledge) in my 87 Ranger with a T5Z. I had these vacuum lines plugged off for about 4000 miles. I finally got around to hooking them up as pictured, and now the truck likes to die when coming to a stop from...

Peterson Wet Vac Pump - Design before the R4 was released. Pump works perfectly. The local class we are running next season does not allow a external pump. The listing is for the pump with Gilmer style mandrel for SBF. Will include Gilmer belt, mandrel with bolts and a Peterson -12AN fitting...

I was wondering what I can delete from the vacuum items under my hood? I had it running for a while with 2 lines running from my intake, one to the break booster and one to the pcv valve, with a tee off for the climate control vacuum line. I am deleting the smog pump and egr both will be...

So whats going on is some weird issues with bucking/jerking at low RPM, (minor) and more importantly, very little braking power. I'm only measureing 10 HG inches of mercury at idle (850 rpm) and about 15 at 3000rpm. 10 HG seems awfully low and I'm thinking it may be the cause of my problem...

I have a 351w that makes somewhere in the 380-400rwhp range, and my brakes are pretty pathetic to be honest. I guess the cam I have doesn't provide enough vacuum. Are there any ways to help the issue besides a new cam? Who should I get hold of for a custom cam that will help with this...

I'm in a pickle. No vacuum is supplied to the HVAC controls and therefore it is stuck on the defrost position. On the passenger side firewall a thin plastic straw-like hose pokes out. A thicker rubber hose connects to it, and that hose comes from the tb. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this...
