So whats going on is some weird issues with bucking/jerking at low RPM, (minor) and more importantly, very little braking power. I'm only measureing 10 HG inches of mercury at idle (850 rpm) and about 15 at 3000rpm. 10 HG seems awfully low and I'm thinking it may be the cause of my problem...
