Hello, as the tittle says I've got a V6 2005 Mustang. My thermostat housing blew and shot out all my coolant. I pulled over towed my car somewhere safe and replaced the thermostat housing. Unfortunately, on the way home it still had issues that lead me to believe that I had blown a head gasket...

Title. Can't tell if it's the pinion flange, the u-joint or something else. From the look of it, it's leaking from the same spot, but I'm not a mechanic so I can't tell what it could be.

So a buddy of mine has a 2010 GT500 hood, that he was going to fix up and put on his 2013 mustang, but long story short he has to get rid of his mustang so he asked if I wanted the hood for $100. To me the damage doesn't look too terrible, but I don't work at a body shop either.
