Im just wondering if the ECMs are interchangeable cause I have an extra ECM from a 4 cyl that I want to sell

I did an engine and trans swap (4cyl to 302) on a roller fox. installed everything, connected all wires, grounded all grounds, checked the fuses. Only thing that turns on are the headlights, im not sure where to start troubleshooting.
