I'm curious if anyone has run into an issue with the upper and lower hoses fitting the radiator. I measured stock radiator hose connections at 1-1/4 in, 1-1/2 out. And Flex-a-Lite advertises 1-1/4 in, and 1-3/4 out. I called to confirm and that is what they told me.

I have a Taurus fan wired to a flex a lite variable controller. I have it wired with 10 gauge wire and a inline 40 amp fuse but after about 3-4 months the fuse burns out I have replaced 2 fuses. What's wrong how do I fix this problem thanks.
