History
The Sport package consisted of n efi roller block 5.0 Standard Output (155 horsepower) mated to an AOD. The Sport package also included analog gauge cluster, floorshift, articulated buckets, faux-dual exhaust, Trac Loc rear with 2.73 gearing, 10" drum brakes, a small swaybar, and quad shocks.
It was distinguished by a VIN with "61" in the sixth and seventh positions.

Mine is rather well optioned, had leather seats which I removed for the Motorsport seats, moonroof, dual power seats, again, I removed those heavy damn things and went with manual tracks. Also had the electronic climate control, but it was inoperable, so I replaced it with a manual style system. Big effing headache, but very worth it.

Modifications

Drivetrain
Transplanted a 5.0HO and T5 from a wrecked '89 GT, sitting on Chuck's Type 6 mounts.

Engine is stock for now, but planning on either a HCI swap by spring, or starting with an Explorer engine and throwing in a different cam and going from there.
Interior
Motorsport bucket seats, converted the interior from blue to gray and black.
Changed the backlighting on the cluster from green to red.
Exterior
Thunderbird TurboCoupe header panel, hood, wheels, and side moldings.
Audio
No need for this stuff lol
Suspension
Energy Suspension bushings throughout the front end, as well as 11" front brakes, and running SN95 Mustang struts.
The rear has CHE control arms, Chuck's adapters to run Fox Mustang rear shocks.
Wheel and Tire
Stock 16" TurbCoupe "Snowflake" wheels, Goodyear Eagle tires...make great black marks, lol
