Mustang GT Convertible
Cobra body parts
Bought in 2004 with 65000 miles. Completely stock except for some Cobra additions (front grille, spoiler, wheels).
1990 Ford Mustang GT Convertible (Black)
Not much. C&L 73mm MAF. Milled & rebuilt stock heads (from when I blew my head gaskets when I was running nitrous without a window switch). Completely new cooling system & timing chain. Optima Yellow Top battery. 130 amp alternator with overdrive (smaller) pulley. Upgraded alternator/battery/engine/ground cables.
Glow-Shift gauges & aluminum dash panel from Gauge Plates.com. Pioneer DVD player in custom double-DIN Gauge Plate with HVAC swap. Vent dual gauge pod. A-pillar dual gauge pod. Custom door speaker pods. Lots of restoration and replacement of broken or worn parts. "GT" billet pedal covers. MGW shifter (highly recommended).
Cobra spoiler, grille, wheels, taillights. New paint as of Oct 2011.
Custom door panels for the Boston Acoustics Pro-60SE component speakers. Custom console from www.gaugeplates.com to hold my Pioneer double-DIN DVD head unit. Currently have 2 JL Audio 12" subwoofers in a sealed box taking up my backseat. It's hard to get good bass in a convertible. Keyless entry & alarm system.
Bullitt suspension (shocks/struts & springs). Maxiumum Motorsports CC plates, full length subframe connectors, LCAs, panhard bar. Lots of poly bushings. Kenny Brown strut tower brace someone sold me for $50. It's good.
Wheel and Tire
295 x 17 Goodyear Wide Oval tires on 17" chrome Cobra R (4-lug) wheels in back and probably 255's in front. Too big and too low. My turning radius sucks. I want the MM coil over kit with a-arms.
