First, you may notice a few very subtle changes to the front page.  We are transitioning to the newest version of our content management system.  We expect to have the transition completed over the course of the next few weeks as we move legacy content over.

Secondly, on Wednesday we will be moving to a new hosting facility.  This will mean that the site will be inaccessible for a few hours while we physically move the servers, and while DNS propogates to the new addresses.  We will try to make the down time as short as possible, but with any move of this magnitude we expect some bumps along the way.  The exact move time is currently to be determined as we are still finalizing server configurations and preparations.  Just know that at some point between Wednesday and Thursday there will be down time.

The new facility will allow us even more bandwidth, which should help improve performance.  We are constantly working to improve the site and would like to thank you ahead of time for your patience.

Initial Impressions

One of the first things we noticed about the Mac Racer's Choice shifter is that it comes fully assembled. The only thing that needs to be done is to bolt it on and adjust the shifter stops. Most other shifters require some assembly of the shift lever to the shifter base. Since the Mac Racer's Choice comes fully assembled you can While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it is an extra step that has to be done before you can enjoy your new purchase.

Steeda has worked very hard over the past few years to become one of the leaders of Mustang aftermarket performance products.  This mission for excellence has driven them to design one of our favorite shifters.  The Steeda Tri-Ax is as good looking as it is well built.  This is by far one of the nicest shifters we've looked at to date.  Unfortunately when it's installed the shifter boot hides this functional artwork.
